This website is designed according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The layout of the website comprises three main sections:
Alt+U Top anchor(U) - Opens up the top navigation menu, which includes a sitemap and links.
Alt+C Content anchor (C) - Opens up the main content menu.
Alt+L Left anchor(L) - Opens up the left sidebar menu.
If your browser is Firefox, the method of using the shortcut key is Shift + Alt + hotkey. Such as Shift + Alt + C will jump to the center block of the web page, and so on.
