The "Taoyuan Taiwan Tourist Shuttle with International Friendship Ticket Giveaway," launched by the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Tourism, allows foreign friends in Taiwan, including independent foreign travelers, migrant workers, new residents, and foreign students, to experience the Xiao Wulai Route of Taiwan Tourist Shuttle for free. Participants can visit unique attractions along the route and enjoy high-quality shuttle services.
The Xiao Wulai Route, which operates on holidays, connects well-known attractions along the Northern Cross-Island Highway. These include the culturally rich Daxi Old Street as well as the Jiaobanshan Residence Park area, which combines the combat preparation tunnel, Chiang Kai-Shek's Guesthouse, Sculpture Park, and camphor storage facility, and the Xiao Wulai Skywalk, which is 70 meters above the base of a waterfall and offers a spectacular view of the valley.
Event Details:
Starting from November 6, 2023, foreign nationals can obtain a one-day ticket for the Xiao Wulai Route by presenting valid identification (such as a residence card or passport identifying foreign nationality; new residents can show an identity card of Republic of China) at the Visitor Information Center of TRA Taoyuan Station. After verifying eligibility by the staff, each person can receive one ticket. A total of 200 tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Precautions:
1. Each person is limited to redeem one ticket.
2. The ticket cannot be resold or refunded.
