Jiaobanshan Residence Plum Garden covers an area of 2 hectares with 296 plum trees. It is one of the largest plum gardens in northern Taiwan. The oldest plum trees are more than 50 years old. Plum flowers at Jiaobanshan Residence blossom in winter, making it the best plum flower viewing spot in northern Taiwan. Tourism Bureau of Taoyuan City Government held a tea party here on the opening day of the event, allowing visitors to enjoy tea while listening to music, enriching their plum flower viewing experience.

2021 Jiaobanshan Residence Plum Blossom Season had activities of six major themes: family fun with traditional toys on the lawn, family picnic with plum blossom, plum tea party, plum garden tour, calligraphy with plum blossoms, and creative market. Various plum blossom activities allow adults and children to appreciate the beautiful scenery and embrace nature together.
